If this is in fact a meteor and that is in fact a missile then Russian has some extremely advanced weaponry that the people of the world do not fully know about. Something struck this object and most likely caused the mid-air explosion. Whatever actually happened in Chelyabinsk is a significant demonstration of technology being used in our atmosphere. I've been witnessing some seriously freaky goings on in the sky in Arbroath over the cliffs and sea lately, and was looking to see if I could find anyone else who had reported it. There was actually an article in the Arbroath Herald this week as well where a women reported seeing the same thing. :) Everyone I know thinks I'm a bit kooky and so whenever I report seeing anything they just laugh at me, so having others reporting the same thing backs me up, haha. :)
